Medical Deposit – Used only for emergency medical purposes when health insurance or the credit card provided on
the Consent for Treatment form does not cover medical expenses or for whatever portion that is not covered by insurance, co-pay or when payment is
required at time of visit. |

Property/Room Damage Deposit – Used to cover any and all property damages that might be caused by the
student (either alone or with other students) to any Academies’ property. |

Personal Spending Deposit – These are suggested amounts and will be available to cover student’s incidental expenses including, but not limited
to, the following areas: sport shops purchases, Bistro purchases, pocket money, laundry services, replacement for room keys, miscellaneous bills.
Funds will be placed into a personal spending account to be used specifically by the student. If personal spending account reaches or falls below $100,
the student will be notified and is responsible for arranging for the deposit of additional spending money. |

Competition and Training Gear Fee – Each sport at IMG Academies has different requirements when it comes to their competition and training
gear fee. Depending on the sport, the competition covers travel expenses, while other sports use a tournament account. In most cases all sports have a
training gear fee that covers an Under Armour distribution of gear for training, travel and competition purposes. |

US Medical Insurance - ALL students are required to carry an IMG Academies approved US insurance card from a US insurance company. If you DO have an IMG Academies
approved US insurance card from a US insurance company, this does not apply to you. In the event that you DO NOT have an accepted US insurance card
it must be purchased. |
